Hey everyone! My team and I just launched our Kickstarter page for our company called Skape. We are an on-demand landscaping and snowplowing app to be used by both homeowners and landscapers. Below is a link to our Kickstarter page.
Any support whether a pledge or sharing our page with family and friends would mean the world to us! Thank you in advance! ALSO IF ANYONE HAS ANY CONNECTIONS TO VC’S/ANGEL INVESTORS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN US PLEASE MESSAGE ME.

Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

That's a tricky question to answer, as I'm not sure I really had an idea of how I'd be doing now. I did have a vague idea that if you kept showing up and working hard things would get better. That hasn't worked out so well, and I feel like I'm struggling and I really shouldn't be. Perhaps that's just the way things are going these days.
Having a good plan and understanding the rules of money is what matters a lot. You can be earning little amount but by not just saving, you can make a fortune through it. I managed to buy my own house after 5 years of employment. I worked on saving and developing my credit score, I bought a house on a closed deal, and took a loan through it , and I used the funds to open my own business. I’m 36 years old now and I’m doing great, no renting and I run my own business
I was renting until I was 42 since I lived in an extremely expensive metropolitan area where square footage was very expensive to own and I was not earning a lot, so it took me a while to save up for a down-payment once student loans and other life-related things were paid off and I could save up enough.
I'm 39, about to turn 40, and I am quite far ahead. Still renting too, tho, but by choice.
I'm doing better financially, but still stumbling and learning along the way.
