Is anyone here who's infosys launchpad didn't get completed on doj and got onboarded later?
I'm experiencing this thing since today 10apr is my doj but since my launchpad isn't completed I haven't received the agenda mail though I've attended onboarding event

I would like to know how long it took for your to get resolved and officially onboard

There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..

My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/ salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

Is it mandatory for all TCS employees to WFO from November or any exemptions will be considered?

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst. Will it be a good move considering work life balance, job security and work pressure keeping in mind the recent resession and attrition.
