Is anyone here working in marketing and 40+? Trying to figure out if it's worth staying in the field with all of the potential challenges (AI, ageism, layoffs, etc). I'm approaching 40 and haven't seen too many of us in corporate positions beyond 50.

What exit opportunities exist for international arbitration? I don’t want to litigate, and am a non-American so government jobs (which seem to be what my colleagues are exiting into) aren’t an option for me. I don’t ever see myself making partner (nor do I want to), and I feel totally stuck.

Just started a new job less than a month ago in the tech sector. It was the industry I was fixated on when leaving for. However I realise that I don't think I can cope with the fast paced, lack of wlb, with no support - it's really impacting my mental health already....

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.
