What type of binding do you prefer/use for original estate planning documents (Wills, Trust Agreements, and Powers of Attorney)? I have seen everything from a staple (with and without a blue back), 3-prong folders, and just a binder clip.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Hi all! I currently work remotely for an agency based in St Louis. I’ve enjoyed working with their clients, specifically their tourism and other smaller, in-state clients. However, they limit me on the amount of work I am given with these clients since I do not live in that area/state. Does anyone know if there are agencies in Houston that focus on Houston/Texas tourism and/or other smaller clients? Not really searching for a job yet. More so causally browsing at options in TX that interest me.
