I had an interview yesterday for an AM position for a start up. The salary is 30k more than what I’m making now and it seems like the culture is much better than my current company. But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
