Is Associate Director role same as Associate Principal (P5/M5)

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

How much of your income do you all target to save, invest, and use for expenses, respectively? I’m currently at 40% investing, 10% saving, 50% expenses but hoping to bring expenses down soon.

I have 5.5YOE, Got an offer for 25LPA CTC + RSU 10L vested over 5 years.

Not sure what salary to ask or expect since a lot of people get paid less than me and some get paid upto double for almost the same work.
