Advice on managing up / enduring toxic deal teams? I’m at the point where my stomach drops any time I see something come in from certain people. Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Abandoning Green Card
Has anybody experience in giving up the LPR status after leaving the US for work and residency in another country/homecountry? I come from a low tax country and wonder whether Uncle Sam will send a final tax bill or penalty fee or even make it difficult/impossible for me to abandon the GC once I will leave the US again. This is crucial for me to apply for the GC.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles.
