Oftentimes, not for sales purposes but for educational and networking purposes they are but you have to be selective about which ones you attend

Depends on the conference. Some of them offer very good hands on knowledge to specific types of training that you may be interested in or need more expertise in. Others are kind of a whole bunch of nothing. That's been my experience with them. I'd pick and choose the ones you think will be the best fit for you.

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.

Just took FAR for the fourth time today 😂 LOTS of not for profit questions and even sims were not for profit!!!!! Definitely more than 5-15% Becker said!!! I got like 60% was based on NFP!
