I'm going from working at a non IT industry to an IT firm. As an introvert I've faced a lot of difficulty in my career... Now since I'm also shifting to another industry completely, I'm feeling very insecure about my life at work. Please give me tips on how to make friends and be in the good books of the managers.

New offers as below
Cognizant - 18.7LPA (18Fixed +0. 7 variable)
TCS + 19.5LPA (including fixed , variable and retention bonus)

Wipro - 20LPa ( including fixed and variable)

Marriott Stanton or Cadillac hotel? In Miami for one night/day so ideally want to be in walking distance to good food, bars, and the beach.

Any idea about salary for game artist?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Is it possible to get 45 days early relieving in cognizant if manager like to prepone LWD To 45 days ? I don't want early relieving since my other company joining is in April and they don't prepone DOJ. Without salary for 2 months is very difficult to survive .

I recently had an appraisal call with my manager, the thing is I got pointed out on my knowledge should be improved. But the thing is I somehow think that due to crunchy deadlines at work.
