My Project told they will be processing my H1B coming yr. I have a spouse who is working in IT as well. I didn't know that spouses of H1B can't work in USA, until I saw a recent post is in this group. Should I say no far H1B . I have option of Canada and UK visa as well. But if I am selected in H1B lottery than I can't ask for any other visa untill it expires @

Client counterpart and I were discussing a Consultant and the client told me he didn’t want this guy because the consultant is in his 50s. I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.
