Is ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) Hyderabad good company to join ?

My tech stack is C++ and Linux.

I have below mentioned 2 offers.

1. Intercontinental Exchange (33.3 LPA out of which 26.5 LPA is fixed and rest is variable to be payed at the end of the year)
2. TCS (29LPA including variable pay)

Not to get philosophical... but why is life unfair? In both the micro and macro ways? My example - One of my parent’s is somewhat recently deceased, and the loss has made my living parent unstable...

Has anyone used viGlobal? I’d like to know if it’s overall a good HRIS. What are the pros and cons?

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!

What does everyone think of this... is replying all necessary ? I had a colleague reply all to complain about student evaluations that we had all agreed to complete. The colleague challenged the teachers who had completed the evaluation of a student and demanded that they check other students that had passed (since personally they thought some of those evaluations were questionable)... At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?
