Is it just me or have recruiters been exceptionally awful lately? I had two recruiters reach out to me - one from a recruiting firm and one from a bank - both of whom ghosted me after initially contacting me about jobs I was 100% interested in.

Graduated in April with my PharmD/MBA degrees. I did two great biopharma internships, had my resume professionally edited, perfected my interview skills and started applying to jobs in January. I have talked to 20 plus recruiters maybe 3 have actually gotten me interviews the rest ghost me. I had an amazing interview last week (legit the guy told me they want a 3rd interview and it’s been a week and I texted him and never heard back. What am I supposed to do? I want a remote biopharma job :/

What would your reaction be if the company you applied to asked for you to get permission from your current firm before moving forward? What is typically the policy for putting the deals you have worked on in your resume? I have seen conflicting notes on whether you can include or not (only the deals that are closed and public)

How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.
