Would it be beneficial to pursue a NICMAR certification in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management ?especially for someone with 2+ years of on-site QS experience and plans to work in india or Middle East or with international firms? Or whether I should aim for RICS or other certifications?

Currently maxing out my 401k and HSA and investing about 1k/mo in ETFs. Also recently started buying I-bonds given inflation. What are other things I should be thinking about?

Max or Lewis fault?

I think it’s 100% on max. By breaking so late he was banking on Lewis backing down, which was very risky.

A patient of mine essentially asked me to fraudulently bill his insurance the other day. My response was records can be audited at anytime which could result in my license being put at risk. He asked me how many times has that happened? I was like that doesn’t matter. I spent way too much time, money and effort to get to where I am.

I’m a young(ish) male running a private practice. Been with the group a year and a half and haven’t exactly gelled with some of the older employees. We’ve made tremendous financial improvements but in a meeting last night one of the physicians stated, in front of me, maybe we shouldn’t have hired a young guy to run the practice….I can’t think of a more passive aggressive way to ask someone to leave. Thoughts?
