Is it possible to make $100K+ in finance with only 4 years of experience? When I was fresh out of college, I had a goal to make six figures by age 25, but I think I might have been too ambitious.

I have several friends with less experience than that making over 100k. It is definitely possible. This is a tough job market to be searching in but hang in there, you will find something.

Yes and it’s possible to make $500k+ with 8 YOE

That’s one path - there’s more than one way

In any decent sized city that should be the norm. Even not including high finance, an average Senior FP&A analyst or a very basic consulting job is probably around 100K by Year 4

I do FP&A in a LCOL area. Very possible.

I'm looking to know what remote jobs are out there for nurses/ names of companies? I used to work in the OR and I'm also considering going back and just working 4-10s.

I'm an outpatient nurse currently but I don't get lunch breaks, and the work load keeps increasing with no mention of another nurse to help us.

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. Should I stay it out and wait for TC to align or take the promotion and jump ship bc I will likely get paid more elsewhere given how recruiters/other companies eat up hiring recently promoted ppl from other firms?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. I feel like I should be compensated better but the company says that’s what they think I’m worth. Any help or insights would be great!

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. My current company and many others I know about do not offer the mobility to do so until much later, which is not what I want. Thank you.
