Anybody have insight into ballpark salary range for Director level pay at Microsoft in a non-engineering role? I understand there’s probably varying degrees based upon org/function, as well as location. Just assuming Remote work, what would salary/bonus/stocks look like? Or just TC in general?
I have sent counter offer to on boarding HR spoc in IBM for re negotiation. Its been one week. HR is not responding to my calls and emails. What should I do? Any suggestions? Things to keep in know:
1. Performance bonus is released annually and does not take into account individuall performance. Generally it is dependent on company performance and team goals.
Good thing is that the calculation are openly shared to all hence you are clear on what you will receive as a bonus and how it was calculated.
2. Not everyone will receive hike each year. But hikes till now has been better than Service Companies.
3. Certain teams in the centre works as if they are 3rd party contractors like Infosys,TCS, etc.
Even people from business treat the team at GCC the same way. There is a change coming through now where ownership is being moved to GCC.
4. Leave policy is great and also hybrid is in place.
5. Great celebrations annually and on festivals.
6. Canteen is in place with lunch and dinner provided at subsidized rate. Food quality is pretty good.
7. If you perform well you have oppotunity to grow quickly and across functions.
8. Center is expanding hence oppty to grow along with it.
Could you please share the average hike percentage? And about VP - how much is it in percentage?
