Post that received couple of calls from recruiter to apply on some job link and just basic discussion about current CTC and expected CTC, etc. Neither had a proper salary discussion nor received any update on offer letter yet... So I got an offer from capgemini worth x amount.I have got an offer from Wipro as well that Is x+2 amount.I have already sent a mail of the other offer to the hr of Capgemini to renegotiate and have asked them x+3 they say it is in the approval process and the approval is not happening.I feel the process is unnecessarily getting delayed,is it like they are playing safe and would release the letter when I have very less notice period left??
