Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. Hi All, I attended interview for Capgemini.After technical round I recieved a mail from their Hr team asking for documents like payslip , last year form 16 , certificates and id proof. I was surprised as I didn't receive any call from their Hr team mentioning I got selected and no salary discussion took place . Finally after contacting them they informed this is the usual process and they will send offer letter only after sharing these information. Can anyone confirm if this is legit their hiring process?
