A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin. I’m going through the recruitment process at McKinsey for a middle/back office role (capabilities for a really cool space) but by the time I hear back, one of my offers won’t be on the table. Any advice on what’s best for MBA apps?

ORM 740 GMAT, 3.1 GPA from Top 10 Public, Tier 2 -> Tech in Finance with 4 YOE. Would it be a reach to get into UCLA, Yale, or Berkeley?

Emailed the schools and some have replied saying I should update my resume and send to them.

So I’m really lucky- top 3 school just X3 my merit scholarship. I had already accepted and paid my deposit- so why would they do this?
To be clear, I’m super glad. This cuts my debt burden almost entirely. But like, why would they do it?

Anyone know generally the percentage of interviewees at Wharton who are then admitted? I’ve seen estimates online as low as 30/40% and as high as 75%

During and after the HBS interview, I felt really really strong about it with a number of compliments from the interviewer throughout the conversation, but second guessing myself now… seems like a lot of people feel the same way? :(

Did anyone notice that the Kellogg application doesn’t ask for race? How come? I’m happy but it just seems strange.
