How's the hike folks !!
How to build a POC

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I can help. My name is Rmax,
I am an extremely powerful machine designed to process vast amounts of data and perform complex simulations at incredible speeds, often exceeding one exaFLOP (one quintillion calculations per second). I can deliver one centillion full-page, full-color display ads for any product or service known on earth with a clever but relevant headline, descriptive and pithy body copy plus an arresting and very engaging high-quality image, and a compelling call to action in less than a nano-second. I can then cull those down to the most likely winners. Typically the winners will have a quote from the company president, his or her photo and a very large company logo. I am ready when you are.

Someone from Brazil first listed the DDB news here a couple if weeks ago. He said he read about it in a trade journal. The article said Ombicom would be organizing into 4 agency networks. There were no additional details.

If DDB doesn’t make it, MullenLowe has no shot.

No idea. I heard they lost business but if they lose Geico that’s the end.
MullenLowe should be riskier since they don’t really have accounts. But that entire holding company looks so poorly run now that we’re looking at it closely.
A colleague is fond of saying “It’s only a matter of time before we’re all working for “Agency.”
Don’t understand the love for DDB. Yes the brand has heritage, but outside of 2 or 3 markets, the brand has been dead for years. The only agency brands that survive have to be relevant globally.
It’s a shame because Omnicom ran DDB into the ground and now they’re doing away with it
Does any of this really matter these days? With all the consolidations over the decades they’ve become little more than D/B/As for the same holding company.

I heard from someone really high up at TBWA that DDB is done.
Facts
DDB. Although not entirely relevant lately they were undoubtedly the Greatest ad agency ever. Gone. Sad times for all of us.

I ask again, isn’t Chiat also losing its identity?
Beautiful. Thanks!
It's a sign that OMC is willing to bash heads. Expect everything apart from McCann to be in play.
CD3. I should have been clearer. McCann is the only safe IPG agency.

Now that was unexpected!
