Break up.
Fuck around for a bit then either realize it’s not any better out there, and make your shit work. Or, realize it’s WAY better out there and leave them in the dust.
Are we talking about work or life partner? Wait, it doesn’t matter, same advice.
Examine yourself.
I examine myself daily. Good release.
I'm assuming you're referring to your creative partner here. Depends on whether you want to stay at Grey or move elsewhere. If the former, talk to HR and explain the situation. Either you or your partner will get moved to another account. Things will be kinda awkward but that's how it goes. If you're willing to leave then just peace out and say you got offered a job that's only looking for a CW/AD

In a positive sign for progressivism, I read this as either my work partner or life partner. Which do you mean?
In the same boat OP
If you want to stay at Grey, talk to CDs you trust, ask their advice, then talk to Lucy. Think hard and clearly about why you're not working well together, so you can avoid this situation / type of person in the future. Then, when you've made your move and it's all wrapped up, talk to him or her yourself and tell them why, as honestly, generously and diplomatically as you can, why the partnership wasn't working for you. That last part is the hardest. But I think decency requires it.
