Hi ,

May I know about the hybrid working model in IQVIA. What I got to know from HR is I may need to visit office once in a month or two or If any critical meetings. But not sure it will be the same in long term also. Can any IQVIAN's share their experience here, will be helpful.

It might differ based on your project. I am part of Canada RBU and we have a hybrid plan in place with 2 days work from office and 3 day work from home. Now they are kind of forcing employees to follow the same and come up with proper reason if they won't come to office in a week.

For hybrid, it's either 1 day or 2 day a week and it's entirely based on your line manager approval.

Depends highly on the project and job role, I am part of highly technical and geographically spread out team, so in my case, nobody has said a word about coming back to office, likely we are never going back to office, as far as my department is concerned, atmost they may request us to come to office once a week

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I currently work at a small PI firm in Atlanta were EVERYTHING is settled presuit. If we’re unable to settle, then it’s referred to another firm for litigation. This whole process seems very atypical to me and the attorneys rarely touch a file until the first liability offer is received. The paralegals handle everything from intake to drafting the demands. The attorney briefly skims (does NOT read) the demand packages and signs. Is this ethical?? Anyone else work at a firm that is run this way??
