Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

I see that Fixed Salary in JPMC is composed of Basic, HRA, LTA, other Allowance and Employer Contribution to PF.
