Is there a polite way to ask a lot of questions? I’m lucky to have helpful senior coworkers, but I’m always worried I’m interrupting their flow. Should I be saving questions for a certain time, or is there a better way to learn from them without being a burden?

I’m currently a quality control analyst in the biopharma/gene therapy field making 72k base in the Houston area. I’ve been working here for 2 years and my company is well established and the job is easy, but I honestly just want higher pay. Looking for a remote/hybrid/onsite (Calgary,Alberta) job for my boyfriend who got almost 5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP, RFI and bid management for a civil engineering firm.
