I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? It seems morally wrong that consultants are paid more the PhD biochemists, physicists, engineers and social workers. Why is compensation so disconnected from actual value creation in our society?

Is 12 LPA fixed good salary for 3 YOE SAP ABAP profile ?

I got 17 LPA fixed from one company but client was domestic and location was out of my hometown. But declined it and joined at 12 LPA.

Got two offers:
Hughes Systique- 24 lpa fixed. Landmark group- 25 lpa including 10%variable.
Yoe 5.5 years, stack- java Microservices. Which one to choose.

I resigned a month back from Accenture on medical grounds and requested ( a lot ) them to release me as soon as possible and I am still stuck here. Supervisor says that he's instructed to not release me till June 2. I am prepared to abscond as these people don't even see the health of their employees. Bunch of heartless scum.
