I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Can you imagine I got confirmed 10 days before I resigned so my notice period became 3 months and that's what they're leveraging. Had I resigned 10 days prior I'd be free. USA looks like a good place to move to after this
