I am a Product manager with 7 years of experience in fintech and B2B Saas. I graduated from a top B School. Did well in all my jobs. Multiple promotions/hikes

Then life happened. I took a break of 2 years for UPSC prep(partly due to health reasons). I have started applying to full-time roles since August. I’m getting recruiter calls but the gap raises eyebrows and triggers polite rejections and sometimes ghosting.

How do i get out of this? Is there a way back in?

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? (1) I’m at a midsize firm with great team members/mentor in this practice area, what is the Milwaukee office’s culture like as far as mentorship and collegiality?

(2) Is 1900 hours a reasonable estimate of how many hours I would actually work as an associate/what are normal hours for an associate?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
