Is this the new normal? I had a few job interviews, even got called back for a second interview for one. It’s been 2 weeks already and I have not heard back anything from any of these companies. When I emailed to touch bases to see how the interview process is going, I finally get an email stating they decided to go with another candidate. Do companies not have the decency to let a candidate know they have not been chosen for the job anymore?
