Isn't there a policy where i've to fill in these many WFO days in a quarter. Or is it compulsory 3 days a week?

Depends on your manager totally.. if your manager is ok you can take full remote or 2 days per week or 1 day per week

Anyone here adopt a puppy during the infertility struggle? Husband and I considering it to have something positive throughout this situation and thinking the extra companionship would be helpful. I work from home. Husband has had many family dogs and lots of experience with it, I’ve had a family cat before. But not sure if it’s actually a good idea - wondering if it would truly help make us feel better and keep our minds off of the struggles or if it would just add extra stress. Thoughts?
