Are there any disadvantages of joining a C2H role purely on the basis of high CTC even though it is for a big client of the contractor company?

My manager continues to ask me to help other teams and do work on other billable projects. I’m sick of it .. and I’m going to explicitly say that no I can’t do it because my hours are taken by the existing project we are doing. Is this appropriate?

Are there any books or other resources that mid levels/seniors/counsel/partners on here have found helpful for the project management / managing junior attorney aspects of your job?

Hello Everyone. I have been promised an on-site opportunity to Europe in Feb 2022. My visa was also set to be processed but then the company stopped with this and started stating that it is pending for approval from client. It’s been more than 6 months now. Can I anybody help me? I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”.
