Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? Anyone else experiencing rejection after rejection? I have 10+ years in customer facing support w/ the last 4 years in Customer Retention Escalations with high retention outcomes for subscription/contract based services. A VP told me that if I don't like our new WFH policy that I should find another firm.

Maybe I should, that's okay, but the fact that his response to my concern (2.5 hour commute both ways, not what I agreed to when I was hired) was just "find another firm" really rubs me the wrong way.

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.

Currently working in an IT audit role, what is the best way to transition into cyber ?

I start my journey of being more technical today. I am giving myself 2 yrs. I started a role doing IT controls, Identity and Access Management work. I have prior experience in UAT, business process controls (A-123). I am planning on passing the Security plus and CISSP certs within 2 yrs. Have a TS clearance. Any advice or reality check is welcome.
I will like to do cyber work in the Intelligence Community.

It's important - I got data analyst offer in Designboxed. But i am in doubt because.
1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party


Anyone know about this?
