It is difficult for me to go to office 3 days, so I don't want to go. However I know leaves would be deducted from backend 1/4th leave per day for no show in office. What if I didn't go the entire month, how many leaves will be deducted. I joined recently due to this 2 day per week policy and now it got changed.
