It is very disheartening how MNCs fool us by giving such bad hikes. Even in a promotion year its 10-12%. Where as inflation in India is crazy right now-

Medical Inflation - 14% YOY increase as of Nov 2024
Food inflation - 10.87% YOY increase as of Oct 2024
Housing Inflation - 10% YOY increase as of Sep 2024
Electricity Inflation - 5.45% as of Sep 2024

Even after all this we work 13-14 hours & get absolutely zero benefits except for salary which grows at snails pace every year. Unsustainable!
