Hey all! I am in the middle of interviewing at a healthcare data startup. I've gone through 3 if 5 rounds so far and it seems promising. I originally asked for 180-200k base salary since it's a director level role and I'm coming with ~9 YOE. They said that is at the very top of their budget so I'm looking for tips on how to navigate that conversation and if that comp seems reasonable?

What are the current MBB salaries ? I see on Glassdoor that BCG consultant = McK associate = Bain consultant is making around 250k sgd TC . Does it sound right ?

I have done with all the rounds for SRE position with Oracle. I have uploaded all the documents for the bgv in the first advantage url. It's been 15 days. Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done. How many days will it take to roll out the offer basically with Oracle India. Can some one please help me with info.

Recently moved to LA, and landed an internship as a digital marketer. The pay is $400-$600 every month and it’s on a bi-monthly pay. I would be working 20 hours a week minimum and driving an hour there and back. This would be my first internship but I’m afraid it’s not worth the pay. Any advice?

I just lateraled as a first year associate in a specialized finance practice with one main partner and a handful of mid levels. The practice group is actively hiring laterals. But as the only junior associate so far, I don’t have very many people to ask for help, and I have a lot of questions about how to do my work, whether it’s okay to respond to an email in a certain way, etc. The partner is disorganized and requires a lot of follow up before he reviews or answers me.
