I am really confused, one way massive hiring at Sr level ( AVP - above) and other side layoffs until jr to mid level with no significant new project came to the organisation.. this is the major difference can be seen at CT compared with other listed IT organisations where there are very minimal hiring both jr - Sr level along with no significant layoffs. And listed player will be in better places considering they have business from multiple vertical n geographies.

Absolutely right there, don't know what CEO and the higher management are upto, who are they going to manage without new projects? This company's future is looking very bleak now unless there is some major turnaround.

I heard from my insider friends, CEO himself announced to look for opportunities outside in recent meet at Mumbai location.
Also many of my friends impacted of layoffs with just 2days of NP

Guys look for job outside asap and get out of this sinking ship

I’m 25 and still have a good head of hair, but can see myself greying and feel like more and more hair is falling out every day. Not noticeable but have heard prevention is everything for this and am following the exact pattern my grandfather did, who had thick hair like mine and then was bald by 30.

Hi Folks,

I've got a job offer from a small IT company. But before releasing the offer letter, they want me to accept a terms and conditions form which has this 10th point as shown in picture. It states failing to join them will result in paying 2 months of salary that's around 130000 rs.

Is it for real? If I get a better offer somewhere else ane don't join them, will I really have to pay this to them? Please help friends. What should I do?
