How can I learn chinese?
Hi Team, Can someone advise on this - I completed 2 rounds with Infosys, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. On the portal it is showing 3 interviews as green and in review data in yellow. What does this mean? Tech - DevOps / 5.8 years Infosys

Damm, which company, tell me the name I will blacklist them.
In any job once your base is good, you can catch up pretty easily. If it's a new tech you are unfamiliar with, it might take a bit more time. But you can always rely on your team and seniors. With proper guidance, you will make it. Make sure you showcase and your leads know that you are trying your best with actions. That way team will have faith in you and they will know you will get there and in time you would be a valuable asset. It's all about effort and presenting yourself :)

I did it bro. I knew it but temp anxiety kills all the confidence.
Are you a fresher or did you lie on your resume about your experience?

Take help from friendly colleagues in team.

Yes. I'm taking help from them. But this time also pass I know. But 3-4 months will go right to get familiar with new environment.
Let's see,if I feel the same even after 4 months then I really need to take it seriously 😂
Try to learn the things faster which you are not comfortable

By putting extra efforts

Que sera sera !!!
First you need to grasp what is your product, then you need to understand what is the task, do some technical analysis on how you can achieve the task ( rough work) once done start development, do the same 3-4 times you will get a grasp of it
Chief
& for sure. The confidence I had when I worked on my first task & confidence I have now the difference is enough to cheer me up for next tasks. & That is how one can progress..right ?

Has any one from the team demanded or said anything if you are not able to complete the task? If no then why are you taxing yourself with overthinking?
I am sure when you interviewed they knew that you weren't a pro in whatever their tech stack is. They do have an idea of the level you are comfortable with the tech stack. So instead of getting anxious put in the extra effort in learning and grasping what's needed.
So do your best and keep learning. Don't worry you will be good at it in no time.

Self realization is a good thing but don't let it get the best of you. Happens to everyone. You just need to have faith in yourself. You can do it!
It takes 3 months to settle down .
Don't worry

Thanks for giving me the confidence.
I'm very sure I'll came out of this. At the end it's part of the process, every one has to go through it.
I was feeling the same way when I was searching for job change, but I did it. So it's a time time ki baat. But still Lil bit of anxiety/stress is there.
I think I've to accept it & go with the flow..
All the best, if they were not giving time that meant they were toxic.. Ony toxic org don't give time to settle
Market is not good and in new company you may struggle again.. If you are comfortable with work and environment then I would suggest u to wait for better marnet conditions where u can bag multiple offers and then decide to switch to the best one
