It’s good to see that ZS had 12% revenue growth this year. As an enterprise leader though, it feels odd that this success is not shared with enterprise teams. Over the past few months we have been told constantly to not expect growth and look outside instead if you want growth. Enterprise folks also work quite hard for ZS and this behavior means we will not be able to get and retain good talent in our HR, marketing , IT teams.

Turns out they’re all true, and I’ve had to start therapy to deal with him and the incredibly toxic environment.
