I’ve accepted an offer from Accenture S&C at 27 LPA fixed. I shared a Big 4 counteroffer of 34 LPA fixed, and HR said they would review and revert with a revised offer in 3–4 days. I accepted the offer to avoid rejection due to validity timelines but haven’t resigned yet.

Has anyone seen Accenture revise compensation in such cases? Accenture is my preferred option, as the Big 4 role requires a location change.

Best way to lookup a value with multiple criteria across rows and Columns, for 3 criteria I usually do sum product. Any other tips?

Gift giving help: every year around this time my husband brings up his Jan bday and basically demands I spend a lot of $ on him. I find this stressful.
