Golden hour over LA

I've 5 years of experience into Java Spring boot. I got an offer from Paytm of 32 LPA and 450 units of ESOPs I also have an offer from JPMorgan Chase of 24 Lakhs of fixed pay and 15% ( 3 Lakhs approx. ) of bonus. Another offer from Zee entertainment enterprise ltd / Zeel of 30 LPA. Please help me choose either of these. I'm a little sceptical about Paytm as it is still burning cash. But optimistic as it uses the latest tech. #paytm #jpmc #jpmorgan #chase #choice

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

It is absolutely possible to form lifelong friendships with colleagues, I have a few. But finding people you can truly trust in a professional environment is rare, because not everyone shows their full character at work. Watch how people behave when they don’t need something from you. Trust the ones who support you quietly, who celebrate your wins without envy, and who keep your confidence even when it’s inconvenient. In work and life, those are the friendships worth investing in.
That is good to know, I think I need to start putting myself out there. I have always kept pretty intense boundaries.
It comes down to your boundaries and what you're comfortable with. Personally, I would only consider this type of friendship with those on my same seniority level, and not above.
Something just feels weird about a manager or potential superior having access to me like that
I agree with this! I keep my personal life way more private to my superiors for my safety.
It is.
It definitely is, but for me, that's dependent on so many other factors. I don't want to befriend someone who has poor work ethic or could bring me down professionally. I also don't surround myself with drama or negativity. I may have a lot of standards to start a work friendship, but if they check those boxes, it's a green flag for me.
Very true. You have to protect your time and energy.
I've made friends I'm still in touch with whom I met at various jobs. We typically hit it off because we shared a similar sense of humor, or a similar way of looking at the absurdity and challenges of our workplace at the time. Once you connect like that, you're just comfortable talking to someone and sharing personal information doesn't seem like such a big deal.
That is really cool. I think there are a few people in the office that seem fun. I am going to see if they want to get lunch. Thanks!
I consider some of my coworkers in my top 10 closet people to me. I mean you spend so much of your time with them, I feel like it's hard not to form a deep bond.
That’s amazing!!
I’ve made some really great friends at work! I have also made mortal enemies! I’m always a little on the cautious side when it comes to personal information. You can take time to build trust with somebody before getting into all the details of your life!
laughing at the mortal enemies. That is too true.
depends on the chemistry and what level of friendship you have. I don’t overshare with my external friends. I only share personal information with family, like my husband and sister.
However, I did just leave a company, where me and my boss were, and still are, incredibly close friends, almost like a sister. We’ve shared deep secrets together, and we just have an amazing chemistry that turned into a friendship.
It just depends on the luck you have finding people that match your vibe
That sounds like an incredible boss, I’ve never had anything like that!
I know it’s not advised, but I became good friends with my supervisor. It wasn’t something that happened overnight, but something that built over years of working together. It made coming into work so fun. It also worked because I’m a really good worker, and he fought for me.
On the flip side, he got laid off and I was devastated. Think the show Severance. We still talk, but just know it comes at that risk. In the end, still worth it.
I am not even sure how to be better friends! But sounds like a great experience
Some of my closest friends are people I met in my agency early days a decade ago. My godfather met my dad as coworkers, before becoming best friends. It’s about the best timing of place and people.
That’s so cool, going to try to make friends at my office
I definitely have friends that are coworkers and ex-coworkers. I think those are the bonds that started in the office but were built outside of the office. Looking back those are all people that have traveled with or worked charity events with, ran marathons or worked out with. We know each others families, spouses, kids and or parents.
I think the key is you know you boundaries between an acquaintance and a friend. I’ll have a drink happy hour with anyone, but I’m letting just anyone babysit my kid.
