I’ve applied for a job, the company has a qualified product owner/manager. I’ve worked with POs before but usually they are SMEs rather than a qualified PO. I’ve been a hybrid BA for years, where are the lines of responsibilities? I have 2nd stage on Monday and want to be sure I’m understanding correctly. PO = driving vision, strategic goals, liaising with stakeholders at a higher level, BA = documenting req, writing stories, still liaising with stakeholders at a lower level. Thoughts please?

Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours?
