Unfortunately that’s the reality for most workers. Being in this industry, you are easily replaceable.
You may need to update your résumé and highlight only the skills that are relevant to the job you’re applying for. It might be time to look for a management position or trainer.
I've done all of that. I've applied to management jobs. I was a Shift Leader at Wawa. And a Lead in Cafeteria.

20+ years unfortunately you’re seen either over qualified or there is some ageism involved.

Agreed! I didn’t believe a person could be overqualified until I started to do hiring. I always thought it was peculiar when a person was applying for a lesser position when they had more experience in my position or higher

That’s frustrating. Experience doesn’t always translate online the way it does in person, especially with automated systems. Tweaking your resume for keywords and highlighting transferable skills can help get your experience noticed.
