I’ve been a pharmacy technician for about 7 years now. And getting a job used to be so simple especially because once you’re licensed, you can gain experience in different fields (compounding, long term, retail) but lately it seems jobs have such high expectations for techs while paying so little. I’ve had jobs offer me $19 for at least 3 years of experience in compounding. Please let me know if anyone is experiencing this as well.

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.
