What’s your take on working along side a team in marketing but barely any of your team enjoy the social present, let alone having actual social accounts. Got an opportunity at a boutique firm. I’m a 2nd year in big law and never moved before. What are the pros and cons of leaving Big Law to go boutique? What should I be aware of before saying yes?

I work in a collegial environment with plenty of opportunities to create more value, but the management level is fairly crowded and it seems the clearest path to get one of those roles is to be hired into it.
