Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. I cannot travel back to Nagpur vijaywada is my nearest location. Please suggest how I can proceed.

There used to be a lot of good companies, once upon a time. Even the companies that have a proven track record of success are becoming less concerned with culture and value of recognizing their work force as the source of their success and longevity. As I look for opportunities, I hope for the best but am resigned to the fact that great companies are very rare and you're extremely lucky to be at one these days.

I don’t think it’s realistic to find a company the cares unless they are small, but it is realistic to have a manager that cares and in my opinion that’s more important
Every CEO wants to make their mark, and the mark they want to make is a quick boost to shareholders to make themselves look good. No matter the cost to the employees or the long term sustainability of the company. Reorganisations are basically never a good thing.
