I’ve been going through a lot...and now my hair is falling out. Between stress, pressure at work, and everything else life is throwing at me, I’ve started experiencing alopecia and it’s shaken me more than I expected. So much of our identity is tied to our hair and I feel isolated trying to manage this in a space where no one really gets it. It’s hard to show up every day when I don’t even recognize myself in the mirror. Has anyone else been through this while still trying to keep it together at work?
