I’ve been in L&D for the last 12 years & in my current role for the last 4 - the work isn’t challenging or exciting anymore but feels like golden handcuffs - because I wfh, have time to do other bits and have the most amazing work life balance.

However I’ve got an offer for a client facing role, that too with a more senior title and slightly more comp. How do client facing mums manage? My son is 3 and I’m really at a crossroads! The work sounds amazing but I know it won’t be easy. Advice pls!

I think the time and flexibility to be home and have wlb for your kids is worth more then the title and increase (unless it is a life changing amount) - from a mom in a client facing role with 2 toddlers

You have to decide if the “slightly more” comp is worth it . Client facing roles are demanding and the work life balance you enjoyed may not exist . Good luck OP - it’s a hard decision and reality of working moms

Curious what in-house lawyers are doing for pro bono (Model Rules recommend 50 hrs/yr). Feels harder in-house because organizations like Legal Aid seem to pair with firms or expect you to be practicing with a firm.

Is there a way to identify duplicate URLs within labeled hyperlinks on multiple columns/rows/cells?

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.

I am deeply shocked and hurt for the kind of things she has spoken for me and for my family in front of everyone, I don’t want to live with her anymore, i am feel very low and lonely but i fear that they would drag my family to the court and imply fake FIR as they say and she said very clearly that she will not let me walk out of this marriage easily. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.
