I would really appreciate some suggestions for roles that I should be applying for. I recently started my MBA though I'm still having trouble landing interviews and think I should be applying for different roles than I have been. My MBA concentration is global business, my BS was in management with a minor in professional writing. I've been working in cosmetics mainly on the customer service side, currently senior support for the CS team and have experience doing CS on social media.

Does your firm form leadership group trainings? We usually do every summer but we are starting one these last 2 months. We usually read books or watch something and then discuss. If you do them, do you think they are effective?

Is getting the FRM (Financial Risk Manager) Certification worth it? I could see it opening many doors but should I just shoot for my MBA instead? Have about 3 YOE

Can you get fired for having low utilization as a senior? My billable hours this busy season have been much lower than my peers.

I know this has been asked before but I can’t find the thread. How much do firms care about GPA as an experienced hire? I had a really shitty GPA in college.. will that affect my offer?

Need some advice. I was seeing someone, and the relationship ended up being extremely toxic. They were narcissistic & gaslit me into falling more & more in love. We haven’t really spoken since. Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now.
