I’ve been job hunting on Glassdoor for over three months with little success. Twice now, interviews went well until I mentioned my nationality—then the recruiter stopped responding. As a West African applicant, I’m beginning to wonder: is it truly possible to land a job here as a foreign national? Has anyone had a similar experience? I'd really appreciate any advice or insight.
