I bought a used car for $3k a year and a half ago and have put about $2k into repairs over the past 6ish months. Having trouble again and the mechanic (whom I trust) says it needs another $2k of repairs...do I do it? Do I buy a new car? Help!

Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

Recently, i was "promoted" or, I should say, my title was changed to the next ring up the ladder. As a part of this, I went from reporting to Senior Management, to Junior Management. The Jr. Manager has good intentions, but, is not helpful. I've worked at the company longer, have accomplished more across multiple lines of business and have a much stronger internal network. Am I overreacting thinking this is a major slight that will ultimately slow down my growth within the company?
