Last week, I reached out to someone whose career I admire, but I overanalyzed every word—was I too formal? Too casual? They replied, but the email dance still feels awkward. I want to sound professional but also like a real person, not a robot. Do you ever feel this way with cold emails? How do you strike the right tone and make it less uncomfortable? Any tips for breaking the ice without overthinking it?

Is that correct?

Recently i was selected for a Talent acquisition role, i heard earlier that Publicis sapient is giving Wfh to all employees but for my case they are asking to be onsite.
Is it only for Talent acquisition team they are only asking to be onsite?
