I've cleared all the rounds for Kubernetes admin consultant role in Deloitte. I filled out PHT on March 16th. Since then, I've not yet received any update or call from HR team. My career portal still shows "offer in progress". Now it's been more than 4 weeks. No hr is responding to my mails. Anything else required to do from my end?

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
