I've had a full creative career and done just about everything an Art Director, Sr. AD and ACD can do in an agency. Kept up with the latest technology, but that doesn't seem to matter with HR professionals once they see how much experience I have. I'd like an honest response from HR professionals, is a 60+ creative have any chance of being hired? Laid off Nov., 2024, considering hanging it up.

Struggling to get work at a free market firm after lateraling. Will Amex restricting guess access for Centurion Lounge actually make any difference?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️

What's next, everyone has to spend min. 50k a year to get Centurion lounge access or pay per visit.

I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
